Career Summary and Goals:

 

In all things, I aim to provide value and support to partners, clients and coworkers. I strive to be the person who new (and existing) team members turn to with any question. I strive to help create a team culture that is kind, collaborative, and driven. I pride myself in being a product and optimization specialist with the Pinterest platform and am always ready to learn about a new optimization strategy.

  • Digital and Legacy Marketing

    • Planning and executing marketing plan at enterprise scale (annual budgets $1 million+)​.

    • Managing digital marketing strategy for many clients at enterprise scale.

      • 45-75 managed partners per quarter.

      • Annual revenue managed $8.5 — $10 million.

  • Email communication and strategy

    • Communicate with partners to push budget scale and strategic optimizations on both a daily and program-wide manner.

    • Participate in committee responsible for creating email content for the Pinterest SMB representing and creating content for the enterprise scale team (tier 1).

    • Assist in editing and providing feedback to other reps on the committee as requested.
       

  • Assist in training and coaching new Pinterest SMB reps​

    • Call and lead mentor 2019 - current

    • Train new reps on soft-skills, navigating the Pinterest platform, and optimization and data analysis.

    • Also provide continuing support to reps as they start ramping.

    • Assist partners by creating new static pins for advertising on the Pinterest Platform

    • Provide feedback to and training for partner's internal graphic design teams on Pinterest creative best practices. ​

  • Lead two rebranding efforts

    • Took The Signpost from a very classically newspaper looking print edition to a much more visually engaging, app-inspired design.

    • Helped start the rebranding of Ogden Symphony Ballet Association into Onstage Ogden, especially visually through ads and website design.
